Soothing Seeds - Heat or Chill Pouch filled with Organic Lavender and Flaxseed in a Pure Linen Pouch
To Ease Aches and Pains, give Comfort & Aid Sleep
Each pouch is made from a double layer of pure European Linen certified to Oeko-Tex standard . hand printed with our unique botanical illustration using solvent free ink . sewn using plant-based cellulose thread . hand-filled with a blend of organic flaxseed and organic lavender flowers . each pouch measures 48cm x 12cm and weighs approximately 900g
Heat in the microwave - Fold the pouch and heat on full power for 1 minute . Remove & Agitate the filling before heating for a further minute. Max heating time 2 minutes.
Warm on a Radiator - Just pop it on top for 20 minutes or so!
Chill in the Fridge or Freezer - Chill your soothing seeds for at least 30 minutes before use or simply store in the fridge or freezer ready for when you need them.
Please follow the heating and chilling guide printed on the reverse side of the packaging label to ensure safety and avoid potentially dangerous overheating.
The heating guide is based on a 800w microwave so please adjust accordingly, for higher wattage appliances heat in 30 second bursts agitating the filling between each heating phase, you may need to reduce the recommended heating time by 30 seconds to achive the required temperature.
Top Tip - Keep the flaxseed & lavender hydrated by placing a microwave safe cup half full of water alongside your pouch during heating, this will help to avoid scorching the fabric as the filling dries out over time, aiding the longevity of your pouch.
Due to the handmade nature of our linen products there may be some variation in print colour and image detail making each and every one unique.
All of our packaging is compostable and made from recycled paper and card - please reuse where possible
