- 50ml of Under the Stairs
- 20ml of Newton House Garden Rhubarb Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- Egg White
- 2 Newton House Garden Raspberries
Garnished with a Rhubarb strip.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard with ice, strain ingredients into a shaker and shake hard without ice to emulsify liquid. Fine strain and serve straight up into a chilled Coupe Glass or Large Flute.
