Gin-Ger

40ml of Under the Stairs
20ml of Kings Ginger Liqueuer
15ml of Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml of Simple Syrup
Prosecco Top

Garnished with Candied Ginger.

Add all ingredients except the prosecco to a shaker and shake well over ice, fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with prosecco.
