Gin-Ger

- 40ml of Under the Stairs
- 20ml of Kings Ginger Liqueuer
- 15ml of Fresh Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml of Simple Syrup
- Prosecco Top
Garnished with Candied Ginger.
Add all ingredients except the prosecco to a shaker and shake well over ice, fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with prosecco.
